
Shipping & Returns
- Free Standard Ground shipping on all items on GVCards.com to the 48 contiguous states.
- For Next Day Shipping orders must be made before 3pm for it to be shipped the same day on all instock items, e-mail or call to check if the item is in stock if it is urgent.
- No international shipping.
- The Shipping Address must be on file with the Credit Card company, we are doing this to protect the customer, if you need to ship to a different location please add the address to your Credit Card.
- Returns of non-defective hardware is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- No returns will be taken without an RMA#, to request one contact support@gvcards.com
- Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the order has been shipped, after that if there is a defect with the product you must contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement.
- Cameras with the audio option must be special ordered, please let us know that you want the audio option in the comments section of the checkout process. Request for upgrades on already shipped cameras will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- GVCards.com is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not manufacturers. We are willing to replace a defective item. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Why? Claiming "defective" is the easy way out of a restocking fee just because you don't want the item. If it's defective we will replace it (rma type repair).
- GVCards.com does not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for factory defects because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). Thus GVCards.com will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to GVCards.com and GVCards.com will consequently repair or replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account.
- All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, packaging must be returned with your item in order for GVCards.com to process your RMA. Missing items will incur further charges or less of a refund. In most cases, items sent in for RMA repair will be replaced with another full item set with accessories. Please return all accessories.
